This model is apparently a Dell OEM. I have found a firmware upgrade for the Lite-On 486 Dell.

The Lite-On firmware exe file at their website doesn't match the Dell cd-rom becausse it's OEM. Litefirm doesn't recognise the Lite-On exe file either as I wanted to create a bin file to work in DOS with MTk Flash.

Could I use the 486 to upgrade the 486s?
