Hello, i need some help with my Seagate ST3100333AS.
@ the moment i got the problematic firmware LD 15 running.
I can´t get support because it´s an OEM Iomega product. I also contact Iomega but with out any SN. from my case the can´t help me. So my question is can some one help me with the firmware? The normel firmware from the seagate side is not running so i need the Iomega firmware + Iomega updatetool.

Who told you you would *need* another firmware?
Only some drives are problematic, as explained by the seagate FAQ!!

Seems that you fear something that isnt actual present.

Hello , i used the Seatool . The setool told me to update the firmware. BTW It´s Version LC 15 on it.
The normel Seagate Firmware update doesn't because it´s an OEM HDD from Iomega.
