The question is: WHY would you do that?

There is no sense flashing that CORE firmware to a drive that is working and also already has this CORE firmware running.

The flashed drive works not properly. Some discs are not read.
Whereas the second drive recognizes and accepts them.

That is no logical nor valid reason.

You need to clean the drive/lens!!!

Imho you dont now how to flash the 'core' area.
