hi.i have acer 5100-5104 laptop.and i cat burn dvd.i have ever burnt a lot of dvd but now i dont.how can i firmware upgrade i have ca11 and i downloaded cx17 but i cant run it...

well.ok....can you help me about dvd rw...why dont it work....why cant i burn dvd...when i click burn nero says writing cant start at 2.4x....what does that mean...
