Hello all:

I am new to this board, and had a few quick questions.
I recently got my new hp laptop and after installing the "standard" software,
noticed that the optical drive started to "click" a regular intervals.

Just wondering if this was normal?

Also, Yes the model number IS right, it's a GBW-"B"10N not GBW-H10N, Also wondering what's the difference
between the two, and if there any firmware updates.

Thanks.

Probably yours is newer and missing HD-DVD read support.
