Hey all!
I just recived a brand new pack of Verbatim DVD+R DL.
when i try to burn a movie or anything else for that matter, Nero will not start burning.
with no error at all.
i tried updating the firmware to RPC1 2.18 (i think its called like that) nothin g changed still the same wired error log that doesnt contain any errors.
any idea what to do?
(i attached the log that nero gives while trying to burn)
using nero 7 premuim

i am sure my drive can write DL according to the NEC Website
any other ideas?

Is this Verbatim DVD+R DL media the "MKM 001" 2.4X media? It probably isn't going to support much else.
Check the Media ID with DVDInfoPro. http://www.dvdinfopro.com/

so what ur saying now its im stuck with 2 packs of it ?
if ill changed my burner to lets say the NEC4550a
will it help?

well
ive tried the MCSE tool with no sucsses.
if anyone has more idea what to do it will be great.
if not its might be time to buy a new burner...
btw.
where can i find media competiblity lists for DVD burners? so i wont have this kind of problem again?

the MKM 001 is listed .
i tried change the identefcation thing to 3 other brand with no succsess.
