I have bought some Verbatim DVD-RAM, but I don't know how can use them properly. They can used as the other DVD, but I have seen that they can to be formatted and used as a hard-disk: how it?

Depending on your OS, you could format them with FAT32.

Also you could download and install the patched Panasonic DVD-RAM drivers.
