-It seems, you are talking about setting region code. To change region code, follow the steps below:
- Open the Start menu
- Select Control Panel
- Double-click the System icon
- Click on the Hardware tab
- Click the Device Manager button
- Click the plus sign next to DVD/CD-ROM drives
- Right-click the DVD drive
- Select Properties
- Click the DVD Region tab
- Select (Your Country) in the list
- Click OK.
