Help me, i kill my cd-rom! i try to update firmware in xp, byt my system crached, and now my cd didn't see even BIOS! Can you send me firmware flash and flasher, big thanks!

We need more info about what exactly you did and with what firmware.

My cd is ok, now! I used this firmware http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=425, but i think that it doesn't work under Win Xp. I turn off power of my pc and my cd returned to life! I think that this updater can't update my cd's firmware!

Sorry, but what you described it makes no sense to me. It just cannot work this way... :roll:

Depending pn your XP, you may have to un-install any enhanced IDE drivers. It has been posted before that the nVidia nForce IDE drivers can cause problems with the firmware updates. You may need to un-install those enhanced IDE drivers and just use the standard MS XP IDE drivers for the flashing.
