I'm a newbie and want to flash my NEC. The links to the files that I need on this forum go nowhere. Link to herries site http://herrie.rpc1.org/downloads/2k5107v2b4d.rar get
"Site offline 'till further notice. Please thank those damn scriptkiddies for it!"
All the links for the flasher and FM I need point to tdb on rpc1. All the links for files on that page look like
http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_file.php?s...le=2510_216.ZIP
which then gets
http://forum.rpc1.org/offsite.php
which says
"Offsite linking is not allowed. Shame on you to try and steel our bandwidth"
and then tells you to go to firmware page that sends you back to the TDB's page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Searching for the files my name on rpc1 goes nowhere.
Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fix your firewall problems or disable it.
You must send a http referrer.

Use the HELP or SUPPORT the creators of your firewall provide.

If you can't find that option disable your firewall & download...

I don't have a firewall (unless comcast or windows snuck it in)
but I've tried it on 2 seperate computer with different OS's and still get the error. Have you tried the link
http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_file.php?s...le=2510_216.ZIP

It's clearly an invalid link as presented, but you've provided no information about where you pulled this link from, or perhaps more importantly how you copied the link. The periods in the middle indicate it has been truncated. Did you pull it from a download window?

You suggest it came from our page, but the one on our page points to this http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_file.php?site= ... 10_216.ZIP

If this gives you an offsite page, it is because your browser, firewall or proxy is not correctly sending referrer information (ie the page from whence the link was clicked).

All the links on http://tdb.rpc1.org/ that I tried on two computers from 9pm yesterday to 10 am today failed.
I just tried now and they work ok on this computer. I'll go try on the other later on. Thanks for your attention.
