Sorry this wasn't posted earlier to all members, as you all know the forum was offline for best part of a month during May 2008, the reason for this was the server died on us due to a power supply issue, which meant that our planned transfer to a new server and forum update went up in smoke, a new server is now in operation, but some of the features from the previous RPC1 site are not in affect.
New Member Registration is Disabled (Fixed 15th June 2008) Utilities Section (Added August 5th 2008) Portal Page (Added August 7th 2008) Firmware Database (Added March 17th 2009)
As these are updated and renewed, we will endeavour to update this page, to let members now

There is still an issue with the registration for new members, the system will allow you to register an account here at RPC1, but not all validation emails, which is needed to activate your account are being sent/recieved.
If you have registered and have not recieved your validation email, please contact Chef via Pm
many thanks, and we hope to have this fixed as soon as possible

RPC1 TEAM I think users will need to access the registration page using Internet Explorer. Registration didn't work properly with Firefox/Seamonkey, or other web browsers when I attempted registration with two other different usernames more than a year ago. Third time was the charm for me as I did register and received a validation email when using IE.

Quote: when I attempted registration with two other different usernames more than a year ago not to be blunt, but two years ago, is not much use, it is registering now we are concerned with Latest Updateregistering an account should work fine now, you should recieve the activation email, within a reasonable amount of time, if you encounter any issues, with this specific problem, please PM chef or myself, and include username registered with and your email address, please do not post them on the forumRPC1 Team

apologies, as you may have seen, the forum has been down since early Sunday Morning, due to some errors, resulting in the server, going into read only mode.

As you may have seen, Backfire/Hijacker has retired from the RPC1 community, please do not send emails/Pm's asking for assistance, any problems, please post them within the forum.
We wish Backfire/Hijacker all the best, and thank them for there work and helping the forum be where it is now.

It is becoming common practice for members to start spamming the forum, with mp4,ipod an other paid for sites/software, In future, PLEASE DO NOT POST, these on any sections of the forum, it is spamming, and it will lead to the posts being deleted, and possible banning of your account.
Please respect the forum Rules.

There is currently a bug within the prosilver theme, that doesn't show up certain buttons for posting, editing etc, this is known, and will be fixed asap.
Please switch to one of the other two themes for now

Alot of questions regarding registering and email addresses are coming up, please be aware that all yahoo.com email addresses are blocked, except the basic xxxx@yahoo.com, and due to excessive spamming all gmail addresses have been banned. Please use another email address to register. Regards RPC1 Team

Please can all members be aware, although our site and firmware database is named xxxx.rpc1.org, this does not mean, that all the firmwares in the database are RPC1 (Region Free), if they are, it willl be stated as such, otherwise these are standard manufacturer releases. Please consult the MCSE page, to see if your firmware can be patched to gain RPC1, autoreset, or other patches. Also Checking our other pages for pre-existing patched firmwares can be done http://ala42.cdfreaks.com/MCSE/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=38756regards RPC1 Team
