Dear All,

After reading may threads on this forum, i finally decided to ask for help to unlock my superdrive currently locked in Region 1.

I have a mac book Pro Santa Rosa with a HL-DT-ST DVDRRW GSA-S10N drive originally with version AP 09.I upgraded it to Version A101 (via Bootcamp) and then applied the RPC2 Auto Reset patch with MCSE to the Dell A101 firmware and its still locked.
i Feel that my either i [*Profanity*] up or didn't apply the right firmware

Can someone help as i'm really stuck ?

Thanks

lvs

if the drive is region locked, then the autoreset firmware will not work, unfortunately there is nothing you can do

no, none will help, once your drive is region locked, then that is it, unless you flash it with an RPC1 firmware, which there is currently none, you can try software like anydvd to see if that can help, that is the only option
