I would like to dump the firmware from a

Samsung : SDG-605F
F/W : x204
H/W : 001
Ver : A

Hardware :
MT1358E
EliteM7 100mhz M11B416256A
SST 39SF010A

I try to read it from MTKFLASH 1.83C DOS
mtkflash r /m 605F.bin
(TimeOut at IO Detection)

I try to write something with MTKWIN IN ATAPI & IDE mode
Unable to Initialize the drive!

Someone can help me ?
