Hi,
I have a dvd-rom that doesn't have band name. I can play region 3 dvd but not for region 1. please advise me how to get region 1 dvd play.

ok, I'll follow it, but I'd like to get region free what should I do?

My dvd-rom info is

MICRO-STAR
Model: MS-8216S-100
MT 1358L (Main Chip)
SST 39SF020A (EEROM)
Region Control: RPC-2
