Hi, First yo need to use an IDE cable for ATA33, it doesn't matter if the bus is ATA66. Connect it as Secondary-Master. Boot with a disk of plain DOS. I know you know all that. Important, don't use the Kirill 1.22 RPC-1 yet, seems that some people is having problem with it, the link was supressed however. (
http://dvd105s.multimania.com ) When your drive becomes RPC-1, the software, like PowerDVD or WinDVD will notice that and will try to control the region by itselfs, so DVD Genie comes to work here, cracking the protection for the SOFTWARE. So, obviusly you'll need DVD Genie.
