Yeah right!
I have 2 Mitsumi CDs 74min, filled with music. They were recorded in 1998, if I'm not mistaken , and they are STILL ALIVE, with no clipping, skipping and so on!
And their MID belongs to... KODAK! (97h27m45f)

Some people were right when told me long ago: "If you see KODAK CDs, take as much as you can carry away!"
So, maybe people at Memorex really want to provide another kind of reliable media. It is great, if they do, I think, 'cause sometimes we have such information, that should be safe for a really long time, and I hope they'll manage to do that well, despite of their current media reputation
By the way, what manufacturers produce [*oops*] DVD media and is it really beter than usual?
