Yes, I'm doing one.... cause not found anything suitable.
(afaik, these CPUs used in some NEC burners also
(and not only in hardware I'm digging-into))
Well, If anybody is interesting in this [*Profanity*] - drop me a note,
I 'll send you current beta-copy. All I need is feedback, cause
I'm newbie for NEC CPU's and your feedback 'll help me
improve my processor module for IDA.
Anyway, I'll accomplish my task sooner or later. As for the
quality of freeware .IDP module, developed during this process,
everything is depends upon You.

The NEC V850 is used in the last several models of burners from NEC (3520/3540/4xxx) and Pioneer (109/110). Historically the processor has also been used by LG.
The instruction encoding is a little awkward, but at least easier to read than MIPS or PPC.
