notbug, thanks for the dump, but as Chef said, what's the point of creating a new generic named thread called 'LiteOn firmware' when we already have a dedicated "New Liteon Firmware Releases" sticky thread here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=42498

If you wanted to create a specific thread you could have named it as 'LiteOn DH16ABSH YA12 Firmware Dump' or something specific/descriptive enough along those lines. That would help with searching and/or focussing attention of those interested ...

cvs, a slightly misunderstanding here.
"notbug" posted a dump in this thread you referred to, BUT its not the right one because he has posted a link for a DUMP, that's no official nor inofficial release. ;)

we appriciate your efforts, but that was not the correct thread.
Dumps are different from manufacturer releases, either official or inoffficial. ;)
