Hi All,

I have made my UJ-862 rpc1 using the Matshita... tools from this forum. It works flawlessly when running windows. I am able to watch dvds from any region (I have tested region 1, 2 and 4).

However I manly use Linux and with the patched firmware I am not able to watch encrypted dvds from any region. libdvdread reports a failure to get CSS keys (sorry I don't have the exact error message as I have reverted to the original RPC2 firmware).

With the original RPC2 firmware I am able to watch region 1 dvds under linux.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Any help is appreciated.
