Hello, did anyone ever tried to crossflash a Plextor PX-810SA with "RPC1 firmware v.1.15 from Pioneer DVR-212" ? 8O
I am thinking of doing so but need a "GO" from some advanced techno weirdos on this forum :roll:

weirdos is not a good way to start, you would need a modified flasher to do this, and likelyhood is there would be no way back

So if i understand correctly then this is not as simple as just to run the patched exe - rpc1 firmware meant for the pioneer DVR212 to flash the plextor PX-810SA.
which are from the same manufacturer/ modell-------more or less..

Why should such behaviour work?

You could try it of course, but I doubt it will work...

Why do you desire to flash your Plextor PX-810SA with Pioneer DVR-212 Firmware? What is the advantage of doing this?
