The one in my page will permit you reflash with the same version or downgrade as you want.

so your DVRflash 2.0 supports 110D now? or is it included with the firmware (i've downloaded both, but even so it'd be good for others to know)

According to the 'Read Me' file from Gradius' patch:
Quote: You'll have issues if you use dvd player (software) from Intervideo for Windows.
May we please know what are the issues being referred to? Thanks for the great job guys!

The 110 and 110D are likely to have slightly different kernels but it will not be long before they release a firmware for the 110 and then we'll all see.
Word on the street is that crossflashing may be possible due to the hardware simlarities. Noone is sure yet of if this will give the 110D RAM support though
The issues that Gradius is refering to is the inablility allow Intervideo to select an appropriate region. If you get this problem, a temporary work around will be to use some other software like PowerDVD or whatever...

Got my DVR-110 yesterday here in Germany.
Had no time to check it out yet, but the manual sheet mentions anything I wanted to know, eg.:
Write DVD-RAM: 2x, 3x, 5x (Version 2.0. Version 2.1, Non-Cartridge)
Bought also DVD-RAM discs to check that out later.
Oh, the front prints have slightly changed:
Now there is the usual DVD sign (without -R) and to it's right "MULTI-RECORDER".
Drive made in Japan, yay! Manufactured August 2005.

I think that's impossible, at least it was impossible with earlier models.
That means, we would have to wait for an offical update.
I think Pioneer will not hesitate that much like some big players do to release a new one.

Thats exactly what i meant, they may come here and you don't know it, I'm sure some peeps have had help from NEC employees in the past with their hacking exploits and it is no big secret that the path to hacking the xbox was layed by disgruntled microsoft employees....

This RPC-1 firmware and Buffalo firmware, flash on all 110D(if you have 1.22 version this your choice)
UPR10DOI.exe for Buffalo firmware
UPGR110D.EXE for RPC-1 firmware
Only click yes and wait for internal re-flashing done, that`s all.

Another one...
NO WE CANT. a mere few posts above yours we say that the 110 is different from the 110D, and that there are NO 110 firmwares at ALL for download.
if you need DVD-RAM, buy a 110!

Why did you patch the kernel file names inside the kernel files ? Inside RB100011.122 it is RB154011.822, inside RB154011.822 it is RB100011.122.
Why do you take the TDB RPC1 patched firmware and flasher, repack it with strange kernel files and release it again without any credits ?
Edit: Forgot to mention that you have also cross renamed the firmware normal files. What a mess .

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
Up to date I have 2 dead DVR-110D drives by using bad firmware tools, but that's the price one has to pay for being a firmware tester.
