Hy guys, forgive me for asking but do you know if Pioneer DVR-108 will support DVD-R DL burning through a firmware update? or you have to buy the 109? :cry:

No, not likely. Pioneer usually does not offer upgrades with the firmware. The 109 will be different as they will add 6X DL -R with a firmware update later.

ALL you can do is to wait for a firmware which HAS to come from Pioneer!

Actually it's useless because no -DL media is available.

Yes, if Pioneer is so kind to release a fw update in the future.
