MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-857E:

Firmware Revision: ZF1E
locked on region 1, and most of my dvds are in region2.
I finally found a patch for the drive and the for the firmware, but I dont know how to flash my drive, I dont know anything in fact, and I have been looking for a few hours on the forums, cant find anything, can some1 please help me step by step on how to flash my drive.
