hi , problem! (a) im not clued up on p.c.s to start with, but have recently had my comp brought back from the dead , cleared of all info and reset to windows professional, i am now trying to install a copy of office 2007 but my p.c. wont read the disc ,....so i am trying to upgrade my firmware from the original Pioneer DVD RW DVR-106D to the give R6FW108.EXE , but once ive unloaded it ,and then try to run it i just get the available target not found message , any ideas ? the bios screen ( i think thats what it is lol, the black box) says DVD-ROM/DVD-RW Firmware Update Utility Ver1.84a.... i am stumped and need some advice please
