Please post the output from "dvrflash -v X:" here.
Replace X with the true driveletter.
Also post the names of the firmware files here.

DVRFlash is what you need to complete a crossflash, have a look in the DVRFlash thread

have the two files and DVRFlash in the same folder, then run a command prompt pointing to them, and type in DVRFlash -ff X: RA143010.141 RA143110.141 (X=Your drive letter)

Put dvrflash & the two firmware files in the same folder, then run dvrflash from there.

Don't deal with DVRFlash if you have no clue.
Ask a friend to flash the drive for you.

As a summary, here is what you need to do again:

Create a folder (eg. flash) on C:
Copy dvrflash, and both firmware files into this folder.
Open up a command prompt.
Enter C:
then cd\
then cd flash
then DIR
Now you should have listed dvrflash and both firmware files.
Then run dvrflash alone to see if your drive is recognized.
If it is, make sure no media is in the drive.
Then run this commandline:
DVRFlash -ff F: RA143010.141 RA143110.141

Wait til the prompt is there again.
