If you have problems Flashing a drive within Windows, it is recommended to flash in safe mode, accessing this can bypass such problems as a flasher not seeing the drive in windows due to driver issues.

Before posting for flashing help, please try safe mode first and if unsuccessful post here , remember to include that you have tryed this, and also discinfo output is useful also
