I return to my country that is Argentina and I need to have the devices with that region.

there should be no reason why the 2nd device would not be autoreset. If you flashed the patched firmware to it. try as i said with say powerdvd. open up the movie in there. post back with what it says.

Could you remove the drive or datacable and power cable from the patched drive and try again with the problematic one?
