Hi folks i flashed my drive with a wrong firmware #-o , so now i was wondering if any of you can make a backup of your WH66 firmware and post it here so i can rescue my DVD Drive .. Please help me out here :)

Perchance have you checked the Hewlett-Packard Pavilion DV9685 EO Web Site for Slimtype DVD A DS8A1H Firmware ?

Out of curiosity what is the “Wrong Firmware” that you flashed your Slimtype DVD A DS8A1H Drive with ?

can't remember the name of the firmware but it was firmware version 0H61 or something like that, and hp dosen't have the WH66 firmware that i need i called them yesterday.

Now i got it working again but now it can't read any disc's, now i have flashed it with firmware CA11, do anyone now any firmware that can make the drive read/write again :D , then please let me know.
