I don't think you understand how computers work. RAM is volatile memory and nothing more. meaning it stores nothing when no power is sent to it. meaning even if you could flash it which you cant it would not store it. maybe your mother board you could but not your ram.

with my respect Mr devilsclaw some thing you don't know about it doesn't mean not exist . as you see in the picture i drow a circle to show you the chip that can be update ,there is a tool for flashing RAM called eeprom : http://www.mtccairo.com/product/pcb2010/images/6.jpgi think eeprom for 24Cxx family will be enouth but the problem in firmware compatibility .

even if what you say is true, from the small amount of reading I have done. You by no means gave anyone enough information about anything to warrant a response besides a read the request rules and post the correct details. which in this case would not work since your not posting about cd-rom drive of any sort.
so the next thing we would require is you to post pictures of the ram in question. the eeprom close up picture and possibly any info you already know about the chip. also there is the possibility of that eeprom being write protected. which none of us would know since all you said is I have ram, help me reprogram it. That is like going to a doctor and saying hay my last doctor gave me a purple pill, I need it again.

You are still wrong! That is not "flashing RAM", no way ever. If, then this is called programming e(e)proms... If you were such a clever guy as you say, you would have known that already.

Speaking with my firmware developer hat on... maybe someone is interested in a bit of background for the answers by [_chef_] and devilsclaw.
RAM itself can't be flashed. The SPD EEPROM present on all consumer RAM modules has no direct influence on RAM stability/functionality because it is electrically separate from the RAM itself. However, it usually is read by the BIOS* to determine supported timings and other data and if the BIOS* is configured to use that information, you could write ("flash") different timings to the SPD EEPROM and thus get the BIOS* to configure the RAM controller with different timings for that RAM module. That will usually impact stability, but most of the time not in a good way.
Given that the SPD EEPROM is really small and only contains configuration/manufacturer data, it is incorrect to claim that it hosts any firmware.
* or EFI, or any other firmware
