I just finished modifying the 1.23 firmware for the NEC ND-6650A. This firmware includes bitsetting for DVD+R and DVD+RW discs, riplock remove and RPC1 patches.

Download this firmware from Dee's and my 6650 page but consider that this version is completely untested at the moment.
