| I'm new with notebooks.I haven't known that my drive from optiarc another firmware have that the drive from dell. Why haven't they another name or number? It was my fault that i haven't read all the site down. But why is that acer don't have the original firmware as download? be the shipped firmwar... |

| Although DISCInfo shows No Lock Detected, the drive is still locked into only playing Region 1 DVDs. Windows Properties shows the drive as having 0 changes remaining. PowerDVD says that the drive has been fixed to Region 1. Tried rebooting the computer, but same results. this is not the drive sayin... |
